GENERAL INFORMATION

Fire is the heat released during the chemical reaction of any combustible subdstance with the oxygen in air for various reasons. In the fires occuring in this country every year, hundreds of people lose their lives or suffer injuries in addition to material damages worth billions of Turkish Liras. This fact that appropriate emphaisis was not attached to fire safety caused this matter to be excessively abused and caused even the points with great risk to remain unprotected.

Spread of the use of fire extinguishers in fire fighting will obviously substantially reduce losses and ensure that our people live in safety. One should always bear in mind that a fire tending to spread with consecutive large losses may be easily extinguished if intervened immediately with a high quality portable device. Effective intervention in afire will be possible only if devices containing appropriate extinguishing substance are used. 

ABOUT FIRE EXTINGUISHING 

Fire extinguishers are the first degree fire fighting machines. It will be effective with a good timing and usage. For this, the production firm should give the introducing brochures, instruction control label and show the usage of the machines and educate the personnel about the fire

Fire extinguishers can be filled by the firms which had taken the visa of the from the INDUSTRY AND TRADING MINISTRY. Because these machines are classified in pressured containers and must be tested about the endurance and leaking. OUR FIRM IS CERTIFICATED.

Fire extinguishers are controlled every 6 months. Filling and caring is done according to TSE 862.

Our staff take delivery of your extinguishers and replace with another one. After the filling and caring is done, the extinguishers will be left to the places where they had been taken with the control label sticked on, and a report will be presented to you

YANGINA MÜDAHALEDE DİKKAT EDİLECEK HUSUSLAR
RULES TO BE FOLLOWED WHILE FIGHTING A FIRE


1- Rüzgarın esme yönüne dikkat edilmelidir
Take notice of direction of the wind.
2- Aleve yer seviyesinden müdahale edilmelidir.
Aim the fire extinguisher base of the fire.
3- Alevin tehlikeli hatları ısıtması önlenmelidir.
Take care not exposing vital/dangerous lines and materials to fire.
4- Mümkünse birkaç kişi tarafından müdahale edilmelidir.
When and if possible two or more persons to fight the fire.
5- Yangının tamamen söndüğünü görmeden bölge terk edilmemelidir.
Do not leave the fire place before being absolutely sure that fire has been extinguished completely.
6- Söndürücüler yüksek yerlere asılmamalı ve servislere bakımı yaptırılmalıdır.
Do not place the fire extingusihers at high levels where they may be unreachable
  
THE USAGE OF THE EXTINGUISHERS ACCORDING TO THEIR FEATURES

1) DRY CHEMICAL POWDER MACHINES
Used on ABC - BC - BCE - D group fires.

2) CARBON DIOXIDE GASED MACHINES
Effective on BC - group fires. Used on engined electric equipments, electric panels, liquid fuel and gas fires. (Do not use without interrupting electric because of its having electric conductivity.)

3) FIZZY MACHINES
Used on Wooden materials, cotton materials, paper, petroleum and mines.

4) HALOCARBONED MACHINES
Because of having no electric conductivity, it is used on electric equipments and panels, computer and electronic systems, power supplies. It leaves no permanent materials after using.
